Are we really sure that great players are going to be available in the portal?

Why do we need O-line In the portal

We need a legit center and apparently a guard since we can’t find a decent guard to fill in for Dellenger

I think we’re just so used to thinking this that we just naturally type it. O-like going to be young but should be deep and good.

Are we good with only 2 linebackers?

Seems pretty underwhelming.

"Doesn't even" lol LSU has *never* hit 300 points before. 297 would be an absolutely outstanding first class for BK.

Also, since you seem to think that 297 is unimpressive in light of the fact that it would be with 29 commits, you should note that the way the class score is calculated is such that you really can't run it up high based purely on volume. The way it works: Each rated prospect is worth a certain number of points. The #1 prospect in your class adds 100% of his points to your score. The #2 prospect adds a slightly lower % of his points, #3 adds a lower % still, so on and so forth all the way down the line. The upshot of this is that you could basically just eliminate the bottom 4 guys in Shea's projected class without losing much of anything from the overall score, because those guys are barely even being factored in anyway.

Would be a failure if we can't do better than this by February. The Linebacker room is the heart & soul of any defense and ours is the weakest room on our roster right now.

What happened with that DT from Florida that LSU supposedly lead for?

Georgia is the favorite. They'll probably get him.

If we don't get Toviano, I think it's a weak CB class. Love Austin, but I think we need a 2nd shut down guy and Toviano is it to me.

Need another LB at least.

Everything else I'm fine with if it ends up like that. Maybe another OL and possibly DL too, depending on where Harbor plays (assuming we get him).

Yeah, I think it’s an overreaction. Left and right tackles will be sophomores. West should be ready to battle/takeover the center spot. Lots of guys on the roster for guards. We need DT and linebackers.

Two more linebackers for sure, another monster D Tackle, 2 shut down corners, and big Harbor at TE!

Doesn't LSU have a realistic shot at Derek Williams?

I suspect we’ll bring in 7 or 8 transfers depending on what the needs are after early signing day. Looks like we’ll need help at all three levels on defense, another RB, and possibly another QB or OL

What is y'all's fascination with line backers? We play with only two on the field 90 percent of the time.

He can stay.

He sucks at linebacker either way.

He will for sure be getting passed up
