I understand the feeling to want guys who were formally ranked high etc. and I’m not saying this is true about him..

But sometimes guys are just overrated. Plenty of guys thatbtransferred out of lsu that were highly touted and did nothing (aka saivion smith, lol what a joke he was)

But then you get guys like burrow that weren’t highly touted and became a beast. I’d look more at the play at college level and not go back to star ratings from high school

I get that. BUT this guy's HS rating was only .9166. Not exactly "highly touted." Actually similar to Burrows rating coming out of HS. Also he is a four year player, three year starter, that was projected to go in the first round as of last year (it seems he rode the bench this year)

Yea I got ya. I wasn’t saying to your post specifically, but there a lot of 5 star guys that just don’t pan out and never will

Didn’t he get hurt in the pre season last year? He was all over first round mocks before that if I remember correctly.

If you looked at Burrow's play at the college level prior to LSU you'd come to the conclusion that he must suck cuz he doesn't play.

I'm just saying that noting how great Burrow turned out disagrees with saying that college reps should be the ultimate deciding factor.

I'd take a look at this kid.
