Second High School signing Window?

I understand there is a second high school window on February 4th.
Two questions, Is LSU tracking candidates and the second one is can JUCO players sign in that window also?

It's called National Signing Day as opposed to Early Signing Day in December.

There may be some HS QB’s or even JC QB’s available. Any position really. So we could add a couple of guys.

We used to have the Bayou Bash on that day. However with the early signing day it became obsolete. Plus Brian Kelly dumped the Gridiron Club which put on the event
“i didn’t have that at ND. Why do I need it now”. Would not send an assistant to speak at the group luncheon either. LSU kept it as a club with just a newsletter but it is defunct.
The former board members met prior to Kiffin being hired. We may revisit it that has not been discussed.

I remember when the February signing date was cause for a festival. Now it is an afterthought.

Used to be one of the biggest days of the year in LSU football. The Bayou Bash! Right up there with first game of the year.
Why did we need an early signing period? Just go back to everyone signs on NSD in February. Not sure what you do with the portal but would suggest it opens the day after the National Championship game.
