Ben got mega amounts better after his Senior year in High School, and let's see how good he ended up: he got drafted in the top 10(9 I believe, in Round 1), he was the first USA pitcher to beat the Cubans in the Olympics for Gold, and he started an MLB All Star game in New Yankee Stadium.
He may not have been LSU caliber out of HS but he sure developed into a GREAT talent!
