Has Deangelo Benton listed as a soft verbal and our recruit count at 21. Is he finally qualified?

FWIW,
Jimmy Ott had a TigerRag guy on (from Bastrop) who said he spoke with the coach at Bastrop who said he is now eligible.

Likely listed as a soft verbal because he hasn't signed a LOI for this year. He is supposed to qualify for summer. Depending on who you talk to he is either working on 1 class or his stuff is already at the clearinghouse.

if any player takes a visit to another school after a commitment, Scout automatically switches said player to a soft verbal.

I think this is a thread all its own, but i would guess yes, mainly becuase he has seen more action lately.
