Dude, Stingley is a corner and he’s not going anywhere after this year.

Stevens likely will not play as much traditional S role in Pelini's defense. I expect him to put him at the LOS often and maybe even have him in nickel/dime slots if it's like his defenses in the past. He use to love putting S in the nickel/dime slots. Stevens ain't the best coverage guy in the world but he's not a Coleman/Mccray either.

With 2 safety’s in the bag this year and 2 next year, they WANT and WILL go all out for Ryan but that’s prolly it on Ss this year’s class

Ryan's versatile enough to play, S, Nickel, CB or WR. He's a take no matter where he fits. Gee and Mitchell only get dropped if they completely bomb out.

We are literally losing Monroe Lewis Stevens Vincent after this year.

What’s the difference between literally losing these guys and just losing them? There does not appear to be any chance of this being interpreted figuratively. Like, Tiger Don wrote that we’re losing those four dudes, but I think it was hyperbole, and we’re really only losing two?

I see that he’s changed from athlete.
Saban is sniffing on that bigtime!

Faulk will land his own cousin after the appropriate FUN TO BE HAD with Bama!

Let Saban waste a ton of his recruiting time!

I see why O said this class would be ELITE

Sage Ryan Maason Smith Korey Foreman?

Top 10 Korey Foreman et al
247 is jacking us around with 5 Stars

Raesjon Davis was 5 now 4
Sage Ryan will be a 5

That whole Top 50 should be 5s

I agree with that. Rankings are a flip of the coin every day.

My issue is, how are the rankings changing right now when no one is even doing anything? They moved a lot of our commits down. I think they just randomly felt like moving people around.

The recruiting sites are a business. Their goal is to make money by using the public’s interest in recruiting to accomplish that goal. They sometimes manipulate the rankings to keep interest alive. They are generally pretty good at rankings but certainly not perfect. Anyone who thinks the big boy colleges rely on those rankings to make offers are either naive or dumb. It’s the other way around. They rank players mostly because of the interest they are drawing from the major programs. Exceptions exist of course.
