How many top ranked players do you have to pull from another state for it to be considered to have a "pipeline"?

Gotta be more than three and the only highly rated one I have IMO is DS. Robby Green and Luther Davis make me laugh.

They should be talking about how LSU is pillaging states all over the south for their top recruits.

One player doesn't equal a trickle. I guess they are discounting the fact that we got two from that HS last year.

Does Arkansas have a "pipeline" from Destrehan because of Jerico Nelson?

OH SHITE!!! Arkansas might actually be creating that pipeline...first Jerico and now Mandeville's JERRY MITCHELL!!!! We might as well open the floodgates.

Always gonna be a certain number of players who are willing or looking to go somewhere else for whatever reason. Most Louisiana kids if LSU has a decent product will want to stay because it's home and LSU is who they want to play for. That's what makes LSU so different from competing in state schools. That's why Saban came here. Some players like Sentimore want to leave to play earlier and are not worried about a loyalty to LSU. At the Defensive Tackle position he is probably correct about doing this at Bama over LSU.

Peopleschamp:

DS was never offered and probably wanted to secure a spot for the next best thing (Ala.) in his eyes before that option was gone too. I still feel that if he receives an offer he will take it. The kid loves LSU and stated this verbally on multiple occasions. He was just never offered.

He will get some, but not the best. We got Lavar Edwards last year which is much better than DS
