I'll take Chris Barnett TE Michigan. (6'6 245)I've had him on my board for along time now. The only reason I've waited this long is because of his off the field issues. Very shady switch from Arkansas, but nobody can question his play on the field.
Barnett most likely won't have any issues with eligiblity and has all the tools to be a dominant TE. Brady Hoke has already stressed that they will use the TE's much more in his offense and Michigan's current TE's are upper classmen and terrible.
4.5 speed? Yes please.

jembeurt selects...
Thomas Finnie, CB Miami U
This is no doubt a reach, but Pasty said it best when he said the way this thing is going, you have to grab who you want, when you want them.
I noticed him mainly because he was a January enrollee. He was immediately placed at the top of the depth chart, which I thought was used just to motivated the vets. After a few practices, Coach Golden has yet to replace him, and Finnie is not doing anything to lose his job. In fact he is making really good plays.
Even if he loses his job, I can still see him in the nickel role.

Pasty selects Jon Davis, TE, Illiniois
6'3", 233 lbs.
He moved all over the field in HS, but I think his talent is best suited either at TE or DE/OLB. I am drafting him as a TE.

Bump.
OBUDan selects Arrington Jenkins, LB, Florida St.
Highlights
Jenkins completes my LB core, and I'm pretty excited about the addition. He's an active, aggressive defender with good speed and tremendous hitting ability. He seems to take pleasure in just lighting people up. In HS, he seems relegated to basically a downhill defender, almost a pure rusher, and I seen Scout even has him penciled in as a DE, though Rivals and ESPN both list him as a LB. ESPN has him as a 4 star, overall 80 ranking, which is far and away his highest. I'm a bit concerned that he may not be able to transition into all the finer points of LB play (coverage, reading plays), but he does seem to have the necessary athleticism, and I love the attitude and effort he plays with. This gives me three big time hitters at LB, and two with excellent speed. As I see Jenkins is best suited on the OLB, I think I'll bump Herrera to the inside, where he may be a bit undersized, but he should be active and instinctive. Love the way my defense has shaped up. I haven't looked at other teams that in depth yet, but I think my haul could rival anyone defensively.
A quote from Brian Kelly really stuck out to me recently. He said he could manufacture offense... but defense.. he has to recruit for. I think that's been the seachange in CFB the last several years, and partially why the SEC has been so dominant. SEC is interested in putting the premier athletes on defense rather than at QB, RB or WR.
