Better then being stuck at work.

Sorry aboot that. I had seen Hurd earlier, but I was just a little worried with the depth that was there already.

Dude, don't apologize, the best part about this draft is taking someone that someone else wanted. I know I love it and that's why I always let people know.

Very solid pick.

You must be really confident in your picks if you are going to run a 10 man offense.

Picks of yours I really like.

WR Kenbrell Thompkins
RB Dontae Williams
CB Jonathon Mincy
DT Calvin Smith

Good catch. I just did that pretty quickly.

Need to add another WR/TE more than likely.

I love the Dontae Williams pick. Especially now that Oregon has lost their starter at RB. Dontae could carry the load for them next year.

Kenbrell has always been someone I felt was as physically impressive on the hoof as anyone at his position.

Lynx,

How is this draft in comparison with the one you did prior? I have enjoyed the shite out of this. I feel like I have a whole new team to follow. I learned about kids I would have NEVER looked at. I am interested to get your opinion. I know it will be honest.

I think this draft is inevitably going to be more difficult to pick a team than the other, solely because we have more people in this draft.

It makes these latter rounds that much more difficult. I am already having to do some legitimate research on players and we still have quite a few rounds remaining. In the other draft, I did not really get challenged until like the 20th round because we had quite a few less people participating so the highly ranked guys were still available.

I wish TDings had PMs because that made it a lot easier, but I think you have both done exceptional jobs organizing this.

This was one of the guys I regret waiting/missing on in this whole process. Tony Creecy is second. Williams' downhill style will work great with the smaller/quicker guys (took this part out b/c it was mean).

Still have Lache coming in even if James is donezo.

That is very nice of you, but OBUDan has done 95% of the work. I don't think my job (or marriage) could survive a project requiring this kind of attention as the main guy.

I will buy his arse a beer/cocktail one day soon. That is a given.

TD has/had become very frustrating for me lately. This little trip has been refreshing.

Two safe guesses:

1. James isn't done.
2. Lache made a good choice.

Agreed.

3. Williams will be a guy that is a work horse for them.

Great 1-2 punch with a combo of those 3

It is nice to change things up. I think the rankings have done that here as well. Gives new topics to dicuss and I think anything that gives out more information on players is a plus.

Alright, this pick is totally out of left field. I've had a few tonight so this pick basically makes about as much sense as the television show LOST and the ending to No Country For Old Men combined.

With that being said...

With the 377th pick in the Tiger Droppings Recruiting Board Mock Draft, OBUDan selects:

Travon Van

Travon basically fills zero needs for me. For that reason, this pick is about as stupid as Munchie Legaux whenever he was taken. I have a RB, I have my secondary. But I just can't pass up this type of athlete. This guy is exciting and explosive. At 5'11, 200 pounds he's so well put together. He explodes through DBs, I love his cutting ability and he's effective in the passing game. So, I'm going to run a 2 RB set and he'll be one of the two. I know he'll play CB at UF and I'll get ritualistically scorned for even dreaming of selecting him to play RB, but dammit, after a few margaritas this pick is brilliant in my brain.

Crowbar selects: AJ Marshall CB Wake Forest

After my last pick I had my CBs listed as Carrington Byndom, AJ Marshall, and Toney Hurd in that order. I figured Byndom wouldn't make it back to me and I had another position projected here, but when Hurd came off the board it forced my to take AJ with this pick and hope the other player comes back to me next round.

Good to hear. I didn't know what his suspension ended up being.
