I love LSU........I am a transplant who lives in California. That being said if my kid was the number one recruit in Los Angeles and he planned to live in Los Angeles after he graduated I would tell him to go to school in Los Angeles or go to a school with a national following that would guarantee him a job i.e. Notre Dame, Michigan, etc. Unfortunatley LSU does not yet have the national alumni to get him a job any where he wants. Now if he told me I want to go to LSU then it would be his decision. Hopefully he would live in Louisisna (i.e. LSU exposure) or go pro and be able to live where ever he wanted. Not alot of Auburn alumni giving out jobs in Louisiana just like not alot of LSU fans giving out jobs in Alabama.....

Because you are on an LSU recruiting board telling LSU fans to re-evaluate their priorities in life.

Just go to your own site and you won't have to deal with a bunch of fans with mis-aligned priorities and we won't have to deal with being told what to do with our lives.

This has to be the most idiotic statement ever made. With that logic Auburn was almost 10-2 and "almost" beat the NC. Why does this have to do with Reed not wanting to come to LSU? No one here has answered that question. With all of the success LSU has at putting WRs in the NFL, why have all of the top ones backed off of you guys, including your top in-state player? What are they seeing that you as fans are not?

It's a free country and our mods are a lot more relaxed than most school-specific sites. However, if you do choose come here, don't expect all of us to listen to you, care about your opinion, or be objective. Some of us may try to be, but this is an LSU board, so come with a thick skin. Don't expect us to pat you on the back or congratulate you on a good class. You support a rival, and WE DON'T. Some people might, but don't come on here expecting it. Don't whine about how you are treated or tell our fans to STFU unless you want to get reported to the Admins and booted the hell out. Don't expect the Admins or any of us to take your side. You shouldn't expect any more objectivity here than I would on your boards. In fact, I'm sure I would have been banned on your, and most other boards, by now. If you guys keep "telling us how it is," and regulars start reporting you, you will find yourselves banned from here. If that is the case, don't let the door hit you.
