Why would it matter? I mean they could have just gave him a roster spot and some cash right?
Your saying they just didn’t want a top 10 defensive tackle?
Why’d they sign lower ranked guys to a scholarship then?
Bama is unlikely to pay a bagman for any recruit not in the national top 100. Recruits 101-250 are very similar, so why pay recruit #150 when #205 will come for free?

i always heard the phrases “ not one recruit is bigger than the program” or “i only want recruits who want to be tigers”...apparently that doesnt apply to Sospher
dude better show out with all the love hes getting

If Saban truly wants Ish, he will sign with Bama and Saban will find a creative way to get Rodney on the team.

Check this what if Ish doesn’t really want Saban...
I know that might blow ya mind.

If Ish didn’t want Saban, he would have signed with Rodney and likely Lee last week.
Is that why Jamarr Chase and Kelvin Joseph didn't sign with LSU last December?

Did you hear after the Bama game “We have to get bigger, better lineman, we’re losing the trenches”?
Your sayings are cute and all but we’re getting our arse whopped in the trenches vs Bama. Landing 5* Dlineman in south Louisiana is a good way to start reversing that trend

I don’t care what anyone else says, I think when it comes down to it at the very end we will land Sopsher
I been saying the same thing from the beginning. Got crucified for recently posting a pic of Ish throwing up the 'L'.
But the fact of the matter is from what we know about him, he's a homebody, he's close to his family, he's visited LSU more tgan anywhere else, he flaunts the 'L' pretty often. So what if he went to Tuscaloosa the week Georgia was in town. He was probably just promised some gump's first born daughter for the night.

I’m sure there’s a preferred walk on spot in Alabama is Rodney wants it along with some outside financial help
This.
They are, let’s say, “very creative” in this department, ranging from a scholarship, job and Mercedes for Collins’ girlfriend, up to having a current player’s father pay for a whole family to move from Hawaii. This is an easy one.

Guess what? Players from Louisiana do this AS MEMBERS OF THE ALABAMA TEAM.
There’s a Louisiana state Pride there because they have a regular amount there.

You have a crystal ball or do you stay up at night dreaming and praying this will happen? Kind of hard to tell.

We can do the same thing. Just have to be more creative and fly under the radar. Bama can do it in the open, we can't.

It is a combination of the most rantarded Negatiger chiite and imposters. Ba..d brothers in arms separated at birth.

Who...give names. BTW, do you have any houndstooth caps in your closet? Just asking:).

Who was LSU's first President? Can you say that without Googling it? Just wondering.

I agree that we should but with Bahnsen’s gestapo always lurking, it seems we never can. Akiem Hicks ring a bell?

i have heard that shite all the time on this board in the past. I just like to point it out because

and now lsu is resorting to handing out scholarships in order to get a better prospect.
people tunes have changed over the years like theyre finally realizing that recruits who bleed purple and gold aren't all good enough to compete with grown men.

At the end of the day- this class hasn’t seen LSU beat Bama or play for an SEC title since they were 11 years old.
Alabama has won 5 national titles since they were 9 and they’re playing for another one in a week.
In that same time frame they’ve seen LSU play in the citrus, music city and Texas bowl.
We have to use angles to land these kids that are on the fence because Bama wins more than us by a lot, has beat us 8 times in a row and produces more 1st rounders and NFL Dlineman than us.
There’s no pride in recruiting. Get the monster on campus, win and reverse the trend.
