There is no loyalty by anyone….Ricks was supposedly all LSu…I am sure had a great NIL offer too….visited Bama one weekend and they lose out on a db who picked Miami, and Bama goes all out to get ricks-
U think it ever crossed his mind he wasn’t their first choice and so loyalty won’t be there during his time there either

Before NIL kids would have a hard time choosing schools. NIL has just helped make the decision easier when two schools are even. What loyalty does a recruit have to a school he doesn't attend? To many on this board make it out like Ricks is choosing Texas Tech over LSU, this kid is picking two of the top 5 programs in the country there isn't really a wrong decision for him to make here.

Also, he'll make the decision he feels is best for him. Respect that.
If I was him, and read all the negative posts on here, I'd probably pick Bama.

And that would be different here at LSU?
If he is a bust, he’s getting processed. That’s no different here, at Bama, or any other elite program.

In hindsight he was clearly "all LSU" because LSU was the best bid at the time.
The kid and his family are mercenaries. Can't say I blame them though.
