jembeurt selects Robert Lockhart WR, Miami Fl.
Miami needs WRs. They only have 3 scholarship wrs for next year. They brought in a really good class of players, but I think Lockhart is most ready to produce now. He originally committed to VaTech last year, couldn't qualify, and went to Prep school. Then in January, he got the offer he had always waited for from Miami, and switched. He isn't the fastest, but he makes some really good plays down the field. I was worried that he wasn't going to qualify this year with him not being at Miami camp right now, but Coach Golden has stated that he will join the team in May.

Nice set of hands. However, I may disagree with this:
IF Angelo Jean-Louis qualifies. Kid just looks ridiculously natural to me. But he does have grade issues. I regret not taking him, now.

Which is why I said "most ready to produce NOW."
From what I have heard, I don't see him making it to Miami this year. That could change so who knows. I was looking at him much earlier in the draft, and is consequently how I found Lockhart. Again, different drafting styles here with me going with the player who has less athleticism, but will see time sooner. Hopefully.
Angelo is more athletic, but also has been talked about playing wr or corner. He also played some QB, so he will have to get his game polished if he plays WR. He is more explosive in the open field though.
Lockhart seems to have better route-running skills and has a couple of inches and lbs on Jean-Louis. Not to mention makes some pretty amazing catches, especially in traffic.
Also, as far as how Jean-Louis plays:
Yes
No
ETA: should Larry still be on the clock. He knows better than to not search for a player, pick, and then leave without checking what's up after that. Just saying.

Jembeurt I drafted Cyrus Jones as a FS, with Marcus Maye as my SS.

We can bump.
Just watching Angelo's highlights, it seems like it comes easy to him, no matter what he's doing.

Its obviously the reason why he choose FSU rather than LSU.
Its like putting Randy Moss on the goal line for the last play jump ball.... BUT FOR EVERY PLAY!

Every jump ball, this is what Mario does:
Reportedly he believes straight verticals are too easy.

Give me Gary Simon CB Oklahoma

frick it back to back Arizona recruits Saftey Dakota Conwell. He is listed at QB/OLB but I am picking him as a saftey.
The reason I was unsure about this pick is he's a "drag tackler" meaning he always wrestle's guys down instead of driving through them. But hey one drag tackler out of 10 defensive players isn't so bad.

That was kinda how I felt about Jarrod Wilson, but I felt his on-field instincts and ball skills made up for his lack of tackling ability.
