Under Rich Rod Funchess would of been a sure thing to contribute from day 1 but I'm not sure how he fits in to Borges crappy offense.

That was actually what got me thinking about him again.

I'm usually out of sight, out of mind on LSU guys.

I think that if he puts some weight on he will do well. Great hands, and the ideal size for a TE in a WC offense. I think once Robinson is gone the passing attempts will go up some.

Im not sure where you want to put DePietro, so I will just place him at the tackle spot.

Just noticed. That's a lot of work you did. Thanks for that!

Leave DePietro at OT. I may move Washington to DT and my defense will depend on my next pick. I couldn't decide and that's why I took DePietro with my last pick.

All of this is a lot work. Thanks to Dan and Pasty for running this thing!

With my 16th round pick, OBUDan selects:

Cody Waldrop, OL, South Carolina

Hog mollie is what I think they call them. That's Waldrop. He's got one helluva punch. Very strong, brute kid. Moves pretty well, but does look a little stiff doing it. May not have great bend or flexibility. Fires out of his stance well. Oh yeah, he's really mean. Listed at 6'2, 300, his size is adequate. He's listed as a guard now, but he may transition to C. I think that may be where he fits best for me. Waldrop is a tough customer with a host of great offers. FSU, UGA, LSU, NC State.

With the 17th round pick, OBUDan selects:

Brett Bafaro, LB, Oregon

This kid is an athlete. He can really run and he plays with a tenacity. In fact, from his own mouth, "I am so happy that I never have to play offense again. I would much rather be the attacker than the running back. Not a big fan of playing offense. That’s for the glitz and glam guys. I prefer to hit people in the mouth." Love that mentality in a LB. He loves to hit and he brings the necessary speed to the position. In Aiotti's defense, he should thrive, being asked to attack and use his aggressiveness.

One major issue: Baseball. He claims it's his first love, though he may be better suited for football. He will likely play both at Oregon and he even stands a chance at being drafted into MLB in the first-year player draft. Would he go? Maybe. But I'll take my chances. Love his aggressiveness and playmaking mentality, but he's a sound tackler as well. He's also the first D1 prospect ever from his HS.

Jamichael Winston, DE, Arkansas

I'm going to move Williams inside.

There were 5, now 4, defensive linemen left that I was fairly high on, with Winston being the fastest and having the best film. He had a terrific senior season after being injured during his junior season. It's concerning that he didn't have instate offers from Alabama and Auburn... especially Auburn.

Sorry. I meant Williams.

ETA: BTW, it'll be a 4-2-5.

That is what I figured, but I just left it like that for now.

Do you want 3 CB or leave it with the 3 safeties? Also, who do you want at Mike LB, and who at FS, SS, and Weak Safety?

Leave it as 3 safeties. How they're listed is fine.
