Pocket passer with good arm strength and a quick delivery that should really excel in Dana Holgorsen's system. Like a large number of my picks, Childress is an early enrollee and already on WVU's campus learning the Mountaineer offense. ESPN likened him to a taller version of Case Keenum.

Thanks. It seems like there wasn't a consensus among the sites with him, but if you watch his film he gets rid of the ball very quickly. His delivery reminds me of current WVU QB Geno Smith a little bit. He's a really nice athlete that could really excel in that system. I know he won't play ASAP, but he's getting on to campus and should be able to compete for a backup role going into this season and for the starting spot once Smith finally moves on.

I don't know. I haven't even had much of a "Big Board" this year compared to years past. This is the busiest I have been at work and home in a long time. Shitty timing. I just really wanted timing, and one thing I have learned doing this draft is to take YOUR guy if you really want him. There are plenty of quality guys out there in the late rounds. History has shown that. Your squad looks tough!

It's sucks not hearing from you more often this year, but I understand how busy things can get.
Next year might be tough for me, as my wife and I are expecting our second child later this year. With work, having tickets to LSU and the Saints, and now two kids, life will be crazy for me.
