Exactly! I believe we have some dead weight on the roster at OL that will be processed after the last game. That will open some spots for more new OL options whether through HS or portal

Yes if quality. The don’t grow on trees and we are light in the experienced good center.

Fitzgerald West is the plan. Hopefully it pans out...

Good feet/strong lower half from what I saw on defense.
Did he get some snaps at the end of the game Saturday?
He was a CBD offer, right?

Isn’t Paul Mubenga projected to be a center ?

That is correct so Mubenga would be forth on the depth chart as follows:

Turner
Martinez
West
Mubenga

We are fine at center this recruiting cycle. However, if another Center/OG stud wants to be a part of this class, then bring them on with

Z. Heard
DJ Chester
Tyree Adams
Paul Mubunga
Another OG
Another OT or C

For O Line- I would like to see min. 6 OL taken, 5 from high school and 1 experienced transfer.

For D Line- I want 7 DL taken, the 4 edge guys and 3 interior guys (Reed to stick, plus Hall and one transfer like Wingo)

Lets say 35 players we bring in (27 High School, 8 Transfers)

OL- 6 (1 transfer)
DL- 7 (1 transfer DE starter)
LB- 3 (1 transfer starter)
CB- 4 (1 transfer starter)
S- 3 (1 transfer)
QB- 1
RB- 3 (2 High School + 1 transfer starter [Evans Bama])
TE- 2 (1 transfer- Big ole seasoned baw)
WR- 4
Ath-1
Kicker- 1
