Rankings Outliers: On3 high on LSU's 2023 class

On Monday, On3 updated the Top 300, and it turned into a good day for LSU’s class. LSU is ranked No. 6 on the updated On3 Consensus rankings, while the On3 team rankings would slot the Tigers as the No. 4 class.
The Tigers still have two five-stars in the rankings, but have now added another current commitment to the list of Top 30 prospects – meaning the Tigers aren’t far away from a class that includes a trio of five-stars on On3.

On3 picked up LSUs biggest media/recruiting writers so it makes sense that they would prefer on3

I looked at our average on 247 and it's now 283.99 which is a small drop from a week ago. Weeks is now a composite 4 star, but I don't know who dropped to bring the point total down.

I only get to look at 247 and On3. I always wanted to check into Rivals but I haven't pulled the trigger. But I do like Julie's work.

Edge - Dashawn Womack is ranked #28 overall player by On3’s ranking…he’s the third player in the trio of 5 stars mentioned above
Also they have DL - Darron Reed as the #39 overall player (consensus 218)
And Edge - Joshua Mickens as the #49 overall player (consensus 136)
Looks as though On3 really likes our Dline commits
