Can current team members contact recruits ie email phone, twitter social network or even hang out together or is this a recruiting violation.
Early commitments, how do we keep them. does recruting staff contact them regulary to keep on board. ie Toshiro Davis seemed to be a tiger early on in the process and then flipped at end. is this rare or part of process, any keys to preventing this
