If LSU wanted him as bad as jimmy does he'd have an offer.

I simply take it as he is the closest to getting a new offer and Jimmy keeps reminding us of it. He spoke highly about him as a prospect, but nothing out of the ordinary. The names remain the same on the recruiting board it's just that Jimmy is the only one that brings up Gage for whatever reason. After seeing him be spot on many times before about these sort of things I tend to believe Jimmy is right until we see otherwise.

It seems that the fascination that a group of TD members have about Jimmy and trying to prove him wrong is the real story here. When it does happen we should rehash this. Or just act like it never happened like we do every time he writes something and we knock him for it. I'd hate to tell you guys, but the circle around LSU and their recruiting is a lot different than I believe many of you know or think.

Surprised he doesnt have a Bama offer yet. He will very soon, and sounds like his recruitment will become even more dynamic. Kid is a special talent. Don't want to lose him to Ole Miss or Bama, or anyone else for that matter.

I totally agree. I was watching some film on him the other day and I was extremely impressed. He looks like a heck of a receiver prospect to.

Kinda like 24/7 and Darrell Williams. Still include him on every list even after he committed to Arizona State.

i know for a fact; it's a numbers thing with a couple of these kids. There has to be a shake up for gage to get an offer and at this point that is far from happening.too much out there to give an offer to him then have to take it back

Blasphemy!!! You sir shall be banned!

Proof is in the pudding. I don't recall Jimmy missing on these type of things very often if at all. I would bet that Gage is closer than Williams to getting that offer.

I don't know about your facts. Look man, believe what you want, but I have heard it with my own ears. Let's check back on this soon. Of course when it does happen and if LSU misses on a kid or two you will claim that this is what you knew all along. I will go with the guy that knows LSU's defensive back coach and the recruiting coordinator very well on this one.

I'm pretty sure they really like Gage, just won't risk bigger targets to offer him early. His recruitment is so small they can put him on the backburner and swoop in at the end if need be.

exactly. they can offer him in february. its not like he has any other caliber teams looking at him. Why risk it?

I take you and Jimmy are close given every single time someone posts something negative on the guy, you run here to defend it. Your post history suggest as much.
