Well, for a sophomore to be batting in the mid .400's at the lead off spot is very impressive. She has a lot of upside, over the next couple of years, she'll develop a lot more power. She'll be AJ Andrews replacement in the outfield. One thing I notice about all of Beth's recruits are that they all have speed!!

Because if she said she was leaning to/favored a school that would give that school a better than 50/50 shot at her....and Tigerbait follows this very closely. Hope that answers your question you frickin' farthead.

Read on Ultimate College Softball board that Hugo to Georgia seems likely according to a poster there....he said he is expecting announcement soon...

Yea, she likes LSU and Georgia a lot, she recently went to Athens. She had a very good relationship with a couple of players at UGA. At this point i would say its Georgia, but it wouldnt suprise me if not. Her recruitment has been very quiet, Not the end of the world if she doesn't come here?? Not many details have come out

If I had to pick now it would be UGA, she has a very close relationships with quite a few girls on the team and she loves the campus. LSU is definitely still has a shot, I woundnt say we're out for sure.

We considered her, we never did truly go after her. She is a solid player, but torina has bigger targets on board.

This is probably pre-historic, but Bailey Landry is our FIRST TEAM ALL AMERICAN player in this recruiting class.

Does anyone know the status of B. Torina's mom? I know she has Ovarian Cancer and I did not hear anything since this was made public information.
