Just my opinion but I think that Beal and Williams will be a wait and see ala Foster Moreau.
I would really like to see James Foster QB in this class but if not hopefully they can convince McMillan not to transfer.
Going into next season with only 2 scholarship QB on the roster would be concerning if it happened that way.

where are yall getting this from? Pooka is not going JUCO. He's qualified. He would like to sign Friday but a few close to him want him to wait till Feb as more schools are contacting him.
Word is his top 4 are LSU, Miami, Nebraska, Oklahoma, and he supposedly will be decommiting from Kansas.

Jontrel Kirkland from last years class can play QB also if it were to come down to it.

My point is from a roster management and healthy competition standpoint.
Andrew Hatch played the position but that situation hurt the team.
Also, just my 2 cents on Kirklin.
If we were so impressed with him as a QB then why was he recruited as a DB and not a QB.
I want LSU to get to the point to where QB recruiting is relatively stable and consistent.
