This thread has got to be the most epic fail in TD history. We have endless misquotes, bastardizing and make-believe imaginations of what the dude(s) apparently actually even said on the air combined with misguided hopes and illusions of what folks wish to actually be true.
78% of the posters in this thread are gonna be stunned when the smoke finally settles on this one.
Just hope we get Adams and watch the rest of the chaos unfold.

I'm not a big fan of DP, but the guy does have some good sources on this coaching staff.

I don't really believe this but I've been saying Adam is a way better fit for our defense.

Honestly idk if I trust ponamsky that much
You absolutely wouldn't if you listened to their show before. They're generally behind and repeat info that is widely available.

Eric Reid played like shite the entire 2012 season and now he's killing it in the NFL.

Eric Reid played great every year. I thought so at the time, and so did the San Francisco 49ers. But you and some rantards think otherwise.

He has had a nagging ankle injury since the Franklin Parish game...He sat out I believe 2 or 3 games this year.
He was well enough that he carried the ball on offense several times in the second half.

LSU has to honor his scholarship if he chose to attend LSU. Same with Bama. So DP saying anyone was "cooling" on him was complete BS...neither school can "cool" on him.
If he signed the financial aid papers and the schools accepted them then they are bound if he chooses.

This is such a sad tale about what Alabama football is all about. Two young men were served up as "bait" to get a top OL. One obviously was processed and the other is getting bumped up in the ratings to make it look good on NSD but will likely not make it to campus.
Had Hootie just picked up the LSU cap, things would have been so different for him. But he was sold a false bill of goods. Once Bama tricked Crob into making all those anti-LSU statments, they knew there was no way he could change his mind.
At that point, Hootie and Sims had no part anymore in the play that is Bama football. CRob doesn't make those comments, and they still need the bait.
Make it clear, LSU never recruited Hootie as bait, but as a player. And with Sims, they made it clear early he wasn't in their picture. Sure they could have used him as bait like Bama, but did not. LSU treated Hootie and his family well, but then were dissed on.
This is all Germans, but I saw the OP and thought, no - LSU WANTED Hootie, but Hootie didn't want LSU. This is not about Hootie anymore, but about Adams and it shows that LSUs recruits postively much more than the school in Red. I just don't want DP's post to be perceived like LSU is the bad guy now.
Of course, it doesn't work out for everyone at LSU, but in this case with the Monroe 3 and Adams, LSU has played straight up..
