I will say this; UL has two kids that will get drafted this year. Definitely worth a hard look

Shameless USA alum plug- we finally got our own stadium and won’t be playing at Ladd Peebles anymore.. but we are pretty terrible.

Best of luck to your son wherever he ends up. Sounds like a nice young man

I’m 6 foot and “big boned,” but my late father in law was 6-3 and played line for Tulane in the early 1960s. His brother got up to 6-5, I believe.

But Mackey is in a class by himself. I have two other sons who will tower over me but not like that. They’re not football players though.

Coach Campbell and Coach Jones have been great. We were at the Appy State game last year and look forward to visiting again when this is all over. They did a virtual Junior Day last Saturday.

Gotta think the new stadium will make a big difference for them. It’s a good school, too, and just two hours away from us.

I’m glad Napier stayed. It’s a good program. I wish attendance reflected their recent success.

Nice. Is that your nickname? He and I both are André, and his middle name is McConnell so we called him Mackey. It certainly fits his size and personality.

Yup, a nickname I've gone by since I was born.

Grandfather passed before I was born and the guys at Exxon in BR used to call him "Mackey" due to our last name so they gave me the nickname as a tribute to him.
