I enjoy the difference in perspective that the Rand and the Recruiting Board bring.

The Rant is as excited as ever about the potential for LSU football in 2016 while the Recruiting Board is doom and gloom about the losses in 2018 because what will likely be the #1 class in the country is missing a QB.

That is polar opposite of the attitudes those boards have for the other 11 months out of the year.

With that in mind, perhaps all this paves the way for Von Rosenberg to come out of nowhere and be the next Andrew Luck.
