"I think it was coach McCarthy that I talked to. I have a very high interest in LSU. They're in the SEC and they get to play against Florida. They throw the ball and they've got wide receivers that go to the league. I'd want to take a visit down there."

Does the kid not like Florida, or does he like Florida and want to play against them in the event that he can't play for them?

Don't really know, but he isn't one of our targets and we aren't in his top 5.

McCarthy recruited Debose last year and has an increased responsibility in the state of FL now
he will be our main recruiter in the Sunshine State this year and he should land some playmakers IMO
I saw first hand last year how well endeared he was with guys like Debose & Ray Ray and families... we lost those battles in the end to regional schools that had obvious perceived advantages over us ..but McCarthy will land some big fish, I'm confident in that.. I bet he pulls some high-profile FL kids this year
And trust me - FL's best prospects are better than any prospects in the country ...I'll take several of them every year and be perfectly happy knowing we're getting top talent
