Nutrition/S&C? Who knows but he's been at this weight for 2 full seasons and now he's older so that might be where it ends for him physically.

I mean, we need him badly and I actually think we get him, but that screams of a top 2-3 announcement or an announcement of the actual announcement date, not an actual announcement

anyone hear any rumblings on the Remington award winning center that supposed to enter the portal ? I think he was from Virginia or W. Virginia, dont know if he has entered.

Just earlier this week the FIU transfer announced a final 3 of LSU, Ohio State and FSU
Yeah I dont like he said special announcement... Didnt the other tackle say the samething earlier before he committed to FSU. And just so happens FSU is one of the schools he is choosing from.... Yeah I have a bad feeling about this one... Hope I am wrong.

I agree on needing to pick up a center. That means our o-line recruiting and development was much worse than we thought. You should never have the need to go to the portal for a starting center for 3-4 straight years. That is what we have had to do if we have one come in that has 2 years left. that would be 4 straight years with a transfer center with no real legit backup for depth or to push him. That has to change.

Fitzgerald West is about to change that. Give him a year to redshirt and get acclimated. Will hold down the center spot for 2-3 years.

Would Frazier "count" in our class ranking? I know...it really doesn't matter. I'm just wondering if guys in the portal affect that. Would be GREAT if we got this guy.

Wouldn't he count for 1 one of the 7 transfers we are able to get and not part of the 25 spots for the class?

Yes he would. (Guess I just answered my own question.) I'm just wondering if the transfer guys will be figured in. If not, class rankings could really be skewed if a school got 3 or 4 REAL impact guys from the portal.

I think you’ll start to see these transfers factored into recruiting class rankings to draw the system out.
Essentially the race for the number 1 recruiting class could span into spring or summer
