Hiring Frank back and putting him in charge of recruiting is the absolute best move Kelly could've made after taking the job

I actually believe it is one or the other
Frank tried to get Simon to commit and shut it down and not make all his visits
But Simon didn’t commit and he’s still visiting multiple teams
Don’t think it’s a coincidence Frank officially offered JT after Simon came down for couple days and left uncommitted

There are several really good RBs in state. Leesville and Opelousas both have one. I believe the kid from Opelousas is also a linebacker prospect. This state is so freaking saturated with Uber talented kids.

We've got 3 RBs and would like to avoid the portal next winter. Taking 3 makes complete sense considering 1 likely doesn't pan out at minimum. Whether Simon, the preference, or someone else, 3 makes total sense with Jackson, Durham and Holly(assuming) returning.

He is a really talented running back with verified track times. Do not think he is quite on the level of James Simon but no doubt worthy of the LSU offer and I'd bet is more likely to commit early and shut his recruitment down.

Or they take 4 & move Lindsey to CB. He has more of an ATH profile to me vs RB. Not as natural of a runner as Simon.
