If we could just get a couple post guys we would have a ton of versatility in this lineup. Hopefully next recruiting cycle..

Yes, definitely need some bigs to close out.

Good bit of YouTube on Shane. Very highly regarded in Europe.

Bad day for me, Great day for LSU. Nice to come on the board with some positive news, even if it was somewhat expected.

You said it. What Jones has done so far is amazing, but we are still small. A big guy that can run the floor and rebound would sound good at this point.

He was my favorite recruit by far. I love his videos.

I'll say it again. Athletically and game-wise he reminds me of Manu Ginobli. He's an athletic slasher. His shot looks awkward, but he plays with a reckless abandon judging from his videos, and he appears to be an intelligent player.

I'm not totally familiar with the level of competition, and he may need a year to adjust to the speed of the game, but I love his tools. We don't have anyone on this roster like him.

He looks really polished with his back to the basketball as well, which is something you don't usually see from a guard his age. I know the learning curve for a young player will always need to be met, but you can see how fundamentally sound he looks and that is really something many younger American players lack.

And it's nice that LA has some top notch recruits next year.

I promise you that he got a better basketball education at Canaris than he could have gotten at any of the degree factory, shoe program high schools in the US.

Europe teaches an extremely unselfish game. It's rare to see a European who's not cerebral.

I'm glad to see some recruits rolling in, but that youtube to video looked like some very weak competition.

If you read an earlier analysis he's played very well against tougher competition as well. But the point is, if you watch those video's you see a 6'5" guy that can dribble with ease with both hands, can shoot the ball, defend, and is athletic enough to dunk with ease. And he has a nice offer list for a kid across the pond. I like it.
