Am I the only one that wasn't comfortable with the log jam of QB's his coming here would produce? From the limited views of Mett last year I am very excited for his possibilities as long as Les can live with some rookie mistakes from time to time.
After that Rivers and Randle sound like the real deal and throwing Kiel behind them would probably have created sour grapes somewhere. Especially since they will be looking to see if Mett goes pro or stays for his senior year.
If we do well this year and show some freedom in the passing game, then we should have an outside chance on some top QB's in next year's class and some solid locks on the 2014 class. A good JC transfer could fill in any gaps. Recruiting some good receivers and a good OL should be the main things we are looking at in the meantime.
