Wow... committs to one of the worst teams in the thoughest conference.
sad waste of talent. With the defenses he'll face, they need at least two more years of recruiting like that to open holes for him and compete.
He'll be pro by then.

That fits. He will be their featured offensive player. He would not be that at LSU. Couldn't really expect him to sign with LSU based on that.
Easy choice for him. LSU is stacked. Would like to have him, but LSU is still stacked and will challenge for SECCC and NC. This does not change that.
First year coaches can alway bad mouth their talent level and get some pretty good players their first year. No suprise here.

That's fricking it? We waited over a month for this shite. Let the investigations begin. We know damn well Kiffin did something illegal into getting all these players. No way in hell they would choose a piece of shite school like Tennessee without Kiffin violating the rules.

Lane Kiffin must have let him frick his wife!!
I would commit to TN for that....

For some reason high school players are liking the Professional reject coaches. Kiffen and Daddy and RipShirt all coached in the NFL. Kiffen Jr and Riphirt don't have an impressive Pro resume but I think the old man does.

Honestly, I don't think he is that well spoken. I sure sounded like Tennessee.....

whether you think it's legit or not, you have to give the new UT staff some props
they are getting it done in the short time they've been there

Callahan recruited some pretty high quality players at Nebraska before they ran him out of town.

this kid better be damn good to live up to this ridiculous hype. hes like an internet stock. id hate to be the other running backs on UT to have to deal with this guys "agent" pressuring coaches for PT.
I think Little Kiffy is getting more than he bargained for w/ that "handler" of Brown's. I'm just as glad it's not Coach Miles that has to deal with it.
Funny thing about it is, he doesn't make Tennessee that much better. He may be a star, but he's a star lost on a team full of scrubs. If he starts immediately, I bet he doesn't run for more than 500 yds for the year.

If God pointed Byrce into the direction of Lane Kiffin then he must be an alcoholic now.

what do you mean "If"? i'm sure kiffin told him about his immediate playing time if he came to tenn. miles couldn't make the same promise.

My favorite part is when he thanked Him for allowing everyone to be at his press conference.

Yea I gotta give them props for closing these guys. They were the ideal fit for Bryce and offer everything he wants, good or bad.

Posted on 3/16/09 at 1:39 pm to TheDoc
