Not to mention if he is good enough to be one and done, he is going to be averaging double figures in points, and nearly double figures in rebounds. If he can provide play that good, we may be a tourney team and that would be pretty good.

He plays for an all black school and in a very weak conference. Do you really believe he can play that good in the SEC being 18 years old?????
He is a one and done because he wants the money. Poor family. Show me the money.......

Why be so negative? he is laying the foundation and now adding in the big fish to go with it.

You quote some blog by a fan like he's some sort of draft expert? O'Bryant was looked at as a potential one and done guy early on, but he didn't have a great summer and a lot of scouts said he was really out of shape. I read that he looked trimmer this year, but he's still not regarded as a guy who is going to come in and dominate for a year and leave. I think we'll have him for 2 years.

Yes, very few people expect him to be a one and done. 2-3 more likely.

I don't expect him to come in and be immediately dominant and leave. Doesn't mean he can't or won't be a great player for us and benefit the program for more than a year.

Go watch his videos. He's good. He competes inside harder than anyone we have now. His play inside reminds me of Taz and Big Baby. Difference is he can dunk. We get any guard play we should be pretty darn good.

Yeah wider frame than Bass, but not quite as explosive. But taller than Davis, looks stronger, has more explosion to the goal, but lacks Davis' finesse around the basket. I think these are good qualities for a big man and it's apparent why he rebounds and blocks shots so well. We lack that right now.
