I don't know how they justify Hand at #1. He's a top ten player, but not #1 in this class.

Agreed. Rival's top ten really is pretty awful. LF's being at #6 because "he struggled catching the ball" at rival's camp in Chicago is one of the most laughable things I've seen in a while.
