And so it begins...
And for certain people, don't read too much into the comment itself. It just means that recruiting will be as tough as their ability to retain key members of the staff that are already in place. Hopefully, they've made sure Orgeron knows they intend to hire a HC outside of the current staff instead of giving him hope. If not, he's likely gone. And if that happens after losing Wilson to another school, you're talking about potentially rebuilding recruiting from the ground up and knocking the fence down for Alabama again.
Hopefully, they can offer Herman or Fisher and close this up with little drama.

All of the recruits should re-evaluate THEIR situation and make a decision that's best for THEM. Hopefully, we don't lose any.
