Shea was the #1 QB coming out last year. Brennan gets a lot of hype but he's going to need to gain 30 Lbs to make it thru an SEC season. He better get to eating.

Brennan is smaller than Harris was in HS.

Didn't watch the game but saw he threw for 300 yards. That's pretty spectacular in your first start

According to 247, Harris was 6-2, 180 his Sr. year, and Brennan is listed at 6-3, 180. Harris is currently listed at 6-3, 218.

Patterson came in at 6-1, 200 on 247 his Sr. year, and Ole Miss has him at 6-2, 200.

I don't see Brennan's size being an issue come the start of the '17 season...

I hope his size isnt an issue, but we cant assume he gains good weight like BH did. I'll be interested to see his size when he reports in June. My guess is he will RS next year anyway.

Less. Shea is Manziel. He'll make plays when it breaks down or just buying time til someone gets open. Brennan is more of a traditional pocket passer which would make it a more difficult adjustment.

I think we can more than assume he will gain weight once he gets into the program - it should be a given. Hell, after signing day, I expect that Moffitt's staff will be giving him things to do/eat.

Patterson is better, and it's really not close. Brennan really needs to hit the weights and get on a weight program. Narcisse has steadily been getting bigger and stronger since 8th grade. He's had both of his cousins who played in the NFL, plus his brothers who played college ball, guiding him and getting his nutrition and weight program set up. He's every bit of 6'3/225.

It's beyond me why people continue to skip over Lindsey Scott.

Height, I get it. But you have guys in this thread alone saying Shea is barely 6'0. It's ok for Patterson to be short, but not Scott

Stop begging for the shiny new toy. There's some new toys you got last year you haven't played with yet.

Probably because we didn't offer him until like 10 other QBs turned us down.

If the new HC is an offensive mind it'll be interesting to see how he develops. He's a skilled QB from what I've read. Height seems to be the knock on him.

Is that a good thing considering the QBs that staff missed?

Couldn't you just have said 'greater than or equal to' in the title so nobody has to read hieroglyphics?
