Cisse is really good for what he does, rebound and block shots, he was always a developmental offensive player. I also wouldnt just go on his freshman year with Penny, as Penny has got criticism for not developing players much.

Wont find many better shot blockers coming out recently though. This is basically what we used KBW for here, alter shots and blocking them.

That all being said, supposedly on premium boards they said we arent pursing since he burned us first go around.
