Agreed. Right now, he could be D. Hookfin or C. Webster. We just don't know. Best of luck to him though as he will need it playing on the other side of PP. Hopefully they will help him with Jai over the top.

Ron Cooper is such a great DB coach that if he believe Claiborne is starter worthy + the compliments from everyone anytime he's brought up makes me believe he's gonna be legit.

When you are considered one of the best in all of college FB not many player are in the same caliber. To say Claiborne is not a PP doesn't necessarily mean he has no talent.

I hope, and think, MoC will be very good. Just because he's starting doesn't mean he will be "legit" though. It only means he's better than the other CBs on the roster.

I posted this in another thread but I talked to a former LSU cornerback who played in the NFL about mc. In his opinion, he said if morris had been playing corner as long as Peterson, mc would be as good or better than pp. He said mc's potential is unreal. Obviously, he doesn't have the experience or the number of reps that pp has but once he gets it all down, look out!

Which is why I added that the praise of coaches, media and fellow players make me believe he will be legit.
