He's an added luxury, our tight end rooms looks pretty good at the moment.

I always thought he was a bit undersized at 6' 3". Most elite TEs are at least 6' 4-5".

Seems like we need another guy this year unless we grab one out of the portal. We lost Parkway and probably Mason Taylor unless he decides to come back.

JD Lafleur is committed, but like others said, we might grab a portal TE too.

I really like Tyler's film. He mostly plays detached from the line, as opposed to a standard in-line tight end. Really athletic, and very good run-after-catch.

I'm not a big fan of "we'll get one out of the portal." It isn't that easy. If there is a really good tight end in the portal, there will be 20 schools bidding for him, and, with a notable exception or two, LSU isn't likely to get him on board unless he's from Louisiana.
