Mickey Johnson - not looking good for LSU imo

Let me start by saying that I know Mickey has been all over the board with his recruitment and has had a dozen favorites.
This is not a friend of a friend post, I personally know someone very close to Mickey, actual family. Ive been told that they (Mickey and his family) have all but ruled LSU out. I asked if anything in particular happened or why are they turned off by LSU, and I got a vague answer.
Anyway, that's all and take it with a grain of salt. It may still be smoke and mirrors but this is certainly as first hand as it gets...

Im glad you guys are no longer interested now that he is no longer interested. Either way, he will be on his official to Fayetteville on January 14th.
Maybe Trai Turner can give him some good places to eat after his official this weekend.

I hate to tell you but MJ has not been very impressive this year. Most locals on the northshore think he was the beneficiary of double teams on Bates last year.... it kind of looks that way.
He's still a D1 talent but Im not sure he will a productive SEC player, thats just my personal opinion.

Yea LSU has made it a point, good or bad that they don't want academic problems. There are some exceptions, Fleming, Williams

before the season, yes we wanted him but now I'd rather get Timmy because Micky is pretty dramatic IMO

I think he only had 3 sacks this year. He had 7 or 8 last year with Bates coming off the end.
