After reading an article about him after the MS AL All-Star game, in which he won the MVP, it leads one to believe he is a must get, if possible.

What are the chances?

Oh absolutely. If we can’t get Burch, build a line of Roy, Guillory, and Jackson and let Ojulari and Webb have a field day on the outside

247 has it at 33% and 33% for LSU and ole Miss. Where did you get those numbers from?

I agree thst Auburn is a serious threat here. George County is close to Alabama and AU has recruited activetly well in this area recently. I know Ole Miss was high on his radar before Luke left, so Georgia could still be in play. Jackson was once an LSU commit, but so was Dylan Moses. Hopefully, they can pull the kid in.

We need McKinnley Jackson on this team. He has attributes that are different than our other DT's.

He is blessed with extreme explosiveness for a kid 325lbs, which is very apparent on film, as he just blows by people consistently. He would fit in great with our defensive line. Let's get him signed up.

Lucedale is not far from BR and there are a lot of LSU fans in that area. Auburn is trending down and Bama is trending down. Ole Miss is far away geographically and hadn’t won the SEC since integration (1962, I believe). Lane is an offensive guy and will not cater to a DT. Coach O is a DL coach at heart.

None if Georgia want him. Will be a last minute player for him.

Sort of like Emory... Burton...

I don't think that's quite accurate but funny nevertheless

The top of his head. Because he is more knowledgeable that 247. He's psychic.

I thought people were saying a week or so ago that he was a big LSU lean. Am I wrong?
