Seems like a great kid and a man of few words. Don’t know where he’s leaning but I’m confident we close on him

If you were a quiet, reserved southern man, where would you wanna go play at.

A city that has similar values and atmosphere to your hometown.

Or Austin, where even the bums are sick of seeing bums on the street.

Don’t forget to stop at your local ShopRite and pick up some of that Dasani water after bringing the wood.

Other than distance towns are falling down the list of things recruits care about. Unless those bums are on between the player's apartment and the facilities, it doesn't matter.

It’s Austin. You can’t walk out of the locker room and make it to the practice field without stepping in human shite.

I have lived in Houston for the last 20 years. I visited Austin for the first time in the 70s. It is truly a shite hole now. For you to say or try to debate that it’s not is laughable. Why did the governor have to send in 135 state troopers to help with police protection oh that’s right they defunded the police. And then when a bunch of whack jobs claim (see civil rights group that always screens racism and it never happen)that one of the state troopers pulled a gun on a 10 year old during a traffic stop the liberal moronic mayor ended the association. Two days later video comes out Officer didn’t pull anything not a gun not a taser nothing. The homelessness is out of control there it’s everywhere. Crime is ridiculous. To try to defend Austin is lunacy. It is indefensible it is a shite hole. The rest of the state we call it San Francisco east for a reason. Pretty soon you’ll have a app telling you where the piles of shite and the used needles are just like San Francisco.

I’ve lived in Austin for 10 years. Houston has unhoused people too pops

ETA: you shared a lot there. I’d recommend you seek a professional to help you with a few things.

Geographical location is often a factor in the decision of where to play football as an 18 year old. People from Texas and Louisiana have strong opinions about their cities. Some stronger than others.

I lived in Austin for 2 years. I liked it, I don’t believe that quality of life for a student athlete is better there than at LSU.
