Marvin Wilson...LSU is in a good spot right now.

LSU is in a good spot right now. Couple months ago I felt we had a good shot, but nothing close to a lock. Talked to one our big recruits at the Florida game and he felt pretty good about LSU getting Wilson. Now fast forward to last weekend, Strong is fired and Herman is in. His mom wanted him to stay close and wanted him at Texas. So needless to say Texas took a big hit now that Strong is gone. Factor that with his BFF Tyler Shelvin, we are in good position.

He just said that hiring O as our coach was huge for him!

That's what makes it funny, being used for two straight up beasts.

Lock him up, this is how you build championship teams! Starts in that D-line!

Will hold my breath until I see him in purple and gold on campus but...
This would be a fantastic first step.

Would this make this year's defensive line haul better than last year's?

If we finish with Wilson, Buggs, and Chaisson I would say so.
Both are sick classes though. We're starting to build some serious depth and talent on the d-line. If that position group starts to have as much talent and depth as our DBs, watch out

I am not sure I understand what you are saying. If we get Wilson that would obviously mean Shelvin sticks with his commitment. That would mean under your scenario we would have Wilson, Buggs, Chaisson & Shelvin along with Farrell, Thomas & Moffitt. If that is the case I don't think there is even a question this year's D-line haul would be better than last years.

Yeah, if we finish with the guys that I listed in addition to who we already have committed

Marvin may have ducked Tom Herman as LSU HC, but if he commits to the Tigers, and I see him around town..I'm gonna walk up and kiss him!

His recruiter at FSU is rumored to be joining Herman at UT. I'd say it's 50/50 right now between us and UT

Any chance Davin Godchaux comes back, if he would we could match NFL Teams with our DLine Depth
