If that’s the decision he wants to make, clearly he’s a poor decision maker and wouldn’t do well at LSU.

Wouldn’t be shocked but also would. Lot of smoke from their side, but he has done a great troll job on social media if he flips. Would hurt for sure.

I heard a lot of his concerns were eased on his visit last weekend. If he flips, it will be pretty unexpected. I still have a hard time believing a Lafayette kid will turn down LSU.

Everyone committing now is committing to the university and future. I can't really blame anyone if they switch since we don't have position coaches or coordinators in place. Besides, it's a 1 year signed deal. They could be in the portal next year. It's not recruit every 4 years anymore, it's a possible rebuild every year depending on who you are. 1 year free agent deals is what the NCAA is now.
I'm more impressed by anyone who stays committed to LSU right now considering they don't know who's coaching them besides BK. Recruiting is about building relationships up. Hard to do that in a transition. Speaks more volumes to their commitment towards the uni.

I want him at LSU, but you can’t blame a kid not wanting to throw himself into complete uncertainty with a coach from across the country that he hasn’t had much interaction with.
We needed a labeled DC and DB coach and that hasn’t happened.

Lafayette gets shite on by everyone else in the state because of the 3 ULL fans, but as far as LSU wanting someone and getting them, Lafayette has been BY FAR the safest bet out of any city in the state. Lots of love for LSU here.
