Because he’s a small LB. He could probably also play safety. He’s kind of like Marcel Brooks from a few years ago, who was rated as a 4-star and 5-star recruit by different agencies despite being a bit of a tweener between LB and safety.

Ross came out of the blocks strong as hell. Watkins caught up and blew past him.

Ross looks bigger than 200 lbs., which I think he's listed at. Of course, running by Watkins makes him look bigger too. Watkins is one-sided skinny

Being tha he runs track being 225 is sorta wild.. most sprinter are 150-175 range.. when he stops track in college he probably will be sitting at 215 before gaining weight

He's no smaller than Tylen Singleton or Xavier Atkins. Likely bigger than Atkins or will be. Jonah Williams is a current 5* recruit who's bigger than them all and is a S. Pickett longer and similar weight and he's a CB prospect. Sometimes a kid is just extraordinarily fast.
