What about Corey Lemonier?

Has he eliminated us yet?

Well shite...I like to usually trust our coaches when it comes to early commits but when guys like Adams, Ferguson and now Parker are out there have a good chance to commit here what the hell do we do with limited spots.

Most people think Lemonier will choose between Florida State and Auburn.

But you never know.

Numbers will be worked out if they have to be, there really isn't a commit that I'm not happy with in terms of need and what is left out there. If we were in on a big DT I may question a commit or two but we aren't

Ok so how would this work exactly? "oops I'm sorry we thought you were the best we could get, but it turns out we were wrong. Now give me back my scholarhip."

Supposedly they (bama) are going to sign 28 this year.

Don't know how they keep doing this...

Well its still a big cluster even if Adams commits here and counts towards last year..

4 spots for potentially 5 to 6 guys...man thats really starting to stress me out

Not JJ what other DT could we get that will qualify and is definitely better, keep in mind that Blackmon gets zero exposure because of his school. The only reason anyone knows about him is because of LSU, if we hadn't offered he may never had even got film on the two major sites

Maybe or maybe not. He said that all schools in the running said they would take him if he couldn't enroll early and even if he did enroll early we would have get under the 85 limit and he would still count in 2010 28 limit.

If he decides on LSU there is still a possibility we wouldn't accept either way depending on how the staff feels about the other DE prospects and that includes Justin Parker.

And yet his only other offer is Troy. They did almost beat us last year, but it's still Troy.

No I understand but who out there is better at DT, which is a huge need posistion.

ETA: still available DTs I mean and ones we could actually land

Yeah, now that makes a little more sense if Parker projects at defensive end...I guess that would eliminate Adams.

I hear this all the time but I'm not buying. Selma is a 5A school that is surrounded by college football teams in every direction. They have produced recruits before that have been known by people.

The fact is other schools do know about him and passed.
