I don’t think Russell Gage who played QB at RHS was more than a 3 star. He’s having a very nice & long NFL career.

the three stars that dont end up sticking around usually transfer and play well wherever they go, its the 4 and 5 stars that transfer out that end up sucking.
I have zero stats to back that up ,It just feels like that
