Brand new offense that involves everyone, most innovative defensive coordinator in college football, brand new state-of-the-art locker room, a fiery head coach that's committed to LSU for life...etc.

If you're a recruit reading this, you better jump in the train before it leaves the station, 'cause WE COMIN'!!!

Beat Bama, make the playoffs and with this offense and defense it will be hard to use negative recruiting tactics against us. The worm will have turned back to our favor in recruiting battles.

The only negative I see right now that needs addressing by Orgeron is on the offensive line. That is what is separating LSU from the elites right now. That’s it

This. Recruits are bandwagoning front runners and they want to be a part of what's relevant right now (Look at Clemson's class). It's a what have you done for me lately game. LSU hasn't made the playoff, hasn't won the SEC or even been to Atlanta in 8 years.

Working under the assumption that the 2020 class is mostly assembled already, this season is a showcase for the 2021 class. Those guys would have been 8 years old the last time LSU won the SEC and played for a title, and just 4 years old the last time LSU won the national championship. Get the Bama funk off your back, get into the playoff and it'll pay dividends.

Our offense looked a little like Clemson's in that GS game. I'm drinking the Orgeron Kool-aid.

It's definitely reflected in their 2020 recruiting.

If players want to make big time money in the NFL, come to LSU. Several position players are making the most $ (or in the top 5)at their position in the NFL. la'el Collins just got a contract today for highest paid OT

The OL looked pretty darn good to me. That was with backups. I see a huge improvement even if it was GA Southern. LSU usually plays everyone the same way so to see that was encouraging.

The offense while multiple really didn’t show much. It was just random plays but nothing ran with the intention of setting up the next play and so on. Brady is very good at this and I didn’t see that in this game. I just saw them working on random plays. I liked what I saw though. GT

The Texas game will tell us an awful lot about the OL. Todd Orlando is going to throw everything at us as far as blitz packages, stunts, etc. How we deal with this will be what decides the game.
