LSU offered Patrick Suritan (2018 florida). We are the favorite. His dad played 11 years in nfl and is connected to LSU either through frank wilson or being originally from la.He will be a tiger soon.

Looks like Surtain played for Karr in NOLA in the mid-90s. He's two years younger than Frank Wilson so they probably have known each other for quite a long time.

Pat Surtain Sr played at Tulane by way of Edna Karr. He was there when Frank was at karr. Dad played in the NFL for sevveral years with the Dolphins. Sounds like a great kid!

He played at USM. He is a scout right now. I see him here at Senior Bowl functions when the coaches and scouts come to town.

I love the recruits with great pedigree. Usually mean they have been coached up. Also excited about Asante Samuel Jr. Imagine two starting corners who both had Pro Bowl fathers at the same position

We have a Surtain on the roster now that is a walk on. At least there was on last years roster. Not sure of a connection.

Nah...It was the house he bought with his rookie contract. It ended up selling it for $350K. He was upgrading.

LSU is still the early favorite for Surtain Jr. Kid is already 6'1 and 175.
