I agree with that.
His people seem concerned and they are playing the waiting game and trying to figure things out. I think it’s naive for people to think the guy is 100% committed but he can’t commit because of some protests.

Corey Evans in his Twitter Tuesday was of course asked about Cisse (by a desperate Memphis fan):

Adam Zagoria is also tossing his name into the LSU hat. That's basically every major basketball recruiting writer. The only Memphis predictions out there are from the two 247 homer writers
