I just noticed that the only coach Cisse follows on twitter is Calipari. Does that mean anything? I don't know.

I guess the issue is this is very late to make a decision on having to set a guy free like Hyatt to open a spot. If we get cisse and watford and the other 2 come back. Cooper and Hyatt will have to transfer. If watford stays in the draft 1 can stay.
Is this why gray hasn’t signed.

Smart and Watford have been working out everyday with a pro trainer. Both are getting feedback from NBA teams as the trainer is in communication with NBA scouts. So even though its not the typical structured pre-draft camp, they are both getting a fair assessment of where they each stand regarding the draft.

I would not read much into that. Cisse isn't very active on Twitter.

While on the subject of trying to fit these recruits onto the roster, it looks as though Cooper may have processed himself by getting arrested with a controlled substance.

I'm so pumped about this kid. The only thing holding this guy back is his weight/strength. If this is true, and he somehow gets up to around 180 in time for the season, he will be a 5-star level player as a Freshman.

Looks like we just offered a 2023 wing out of Texas, Jacolb Cole. He’s listed around 6’4 and goes to Bellaire High School.
Also 2023 wing Tyler Smith. He’s a 6’7 kid also from Texas. I know he plays with Team Griffin on the summer circuit, I think George Bush high is what is listed as his high school on the most up to date profile I could find on him. Smith seems to be the more high profile of the 2 right now.

I wish. I don’t have any sources and don’t pretend to. One would think we would know something this week, but that’s just speculation on my part. No evidence.

Like you, I have no sources of any kind; so my guess is just a shot in the dark. But I think he will announce next week sometime, maybe in the middle to latter part.
He just announced this past Friday that he was delaying out of respect for the protests and national conversation going on. Those things are still raging pretty strong this week; so it seems unlikely he would announce delaying and then less than a week later announce even though much hasn't changed.
By next week things will have hopefully calmed down some or become the "new normal" and he will feel more comfortable doing it. Plus, teams are starting to report to campus, with LSU being one that will likely come in around the end of the month according to Wade; so it stands to reason he'd want to announce before the end of the month in order to get situated at his new school.

Ott said he felt like some of the people around Cisse were worried about the stuff Vitale posted. The people around him more than Cisse himself. And doesnt know if this will be resolved before Cisse has to make a decision
Posted on 6/9/20 at 10:15 pm to josh336
When you combine the fact that it hasn’t been “resolved” in over a year, and that there is nothing concrete for anyone to “resolve”, than I guess it’s a true statement. It definitely won’t be “resolved” before Cisse makes a decision. shite, it won’t even be “resolved” by the time he decides to go pro in 10 months.

Yeah, someone needs to tell him that even IF (and that's a big IF) something were to happen to LSU based on this Sickie Dickie tweet, it wouldn't come into effect before Cisse was gone.
Woodward has already stood by Wade, he's not going anywhere. Plus, the Oklahoma State issue was far worse than just the hearsay on the tapes. Smart's issues got cleared, Reid's issues got cleared.

That’s what I have been afraid of. Some people in his inner circle have to be concerned and trying to push him elsewhere. Don’t mean it will happen, but I just figure there is some fear we may end up in some trouble. I too agree that if ,and that’s a big if, we were to end up in any trouble, it will be later on down the road.

Ole slick dick knew what he was doing when he posted that BS right before cisse was suppose to commit last week , that should tell you right there somebody is in dicks ear
Posted on 6/10/20 at 6:45 am to VL Lsutiger
Its even further evidence that he was trying to sway Cisse because since that day, not one post about LSU
Posted on 6/10/20 at 9:07 am to josh336
No doubt about it. So damn unprofessional.

Just saw an article posted on twitter from a Memphis outlet. It was subscriber only, but one of the comments summed it up to say Cisse says his mind isn’t made up yet even though national analysts are predicting LSU. Which of course, he wouldn’t just come out and say his choice is made and give it away.
