Bubba I just read Robert Upshaw is not going to KSU. Will he reopen his recruiting or just fellow Martin to USC?

He's not going to South Carolina. Hasn't said who he is considering. Dont know if LSU will be involved. I know we were on his list early last year, but I don't think there was ever serious interest from him.

Regarding Auburn transfers.

quote:

@TDaveyTSR: Kouassi and Morena, as I stated last week, really like Memphis. But, they are willing to go to separate schools this time; helps Willy.

@TDaveyTSR: Just a couple of schools that've inquired about them: GTown, UCF, aTm, Wake, Vandy, LSU, GTech, LTech, TTech, S. Alabama

Saw on Tigerbait that Coleman had a good visit to OU and is deciding between TT and Memphis for his final visit. Don't know when Memphis got involved. They must have missed on some players and are scrambling.

Dont know much about them. Kousassi seemed like a big man with potential. Morena was hurt all year.

I can't read whatever language people from Denmark speak, but according to the twitter that came up when I google'd Hammink's name, whatever he said when we offered in November required an exclamation point. I imagine that's a good thing.

I have a feeling we will be in big trouble if we don't sign TWO bigs who are ready to play immediately.

Why is that? Are JOB or Hamilton not coming back? Is Coleman at 6;6" a big? I have said we need one big guy, preferably 6'8' or taller to be a backup but it doesn't sound like that is what you are saying.

There's a rumor going to that effect, yes. One or both are considering it, supposedly. Not sure of the validity.

Hadn't heard anything about JOB not coming back, but heard the Hamilton rumor this week. I just don't see why he would try pro knowing that after another year as a go to scorer he could be a legit 1st round guy.

Here is some clarification on the SEC's transfer rule. Seems there is a waiver process.

hopefully Ham is just testing the waters as he should without an agent and the JOB3 rumors are just not true. How reliable are your sources bubba?

Both are rumors. My question is what is he waiting for, if it's true? He's wasting valuable evaluation time.

HAM HAS TO GET A LOT BETTER TO BE A NBA PLAYER, HE GETS HIS SHOT BLOCK BY SMALLER PLAYERS WHO ARE MORE ATHLETIC THAN HIM AND DOESN'T REBOUND THAT WELL AGAINST THEM.
